Overview
Artist AMP LLC (“Artist AMP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is building tools and services for independent artists and their teams. This policy explains the types of information Artist AMP may collect, why it may be used, and the choices available to users.
Information we may collect
Information you provide
This may include contact and account details, support messages, artist and team information, release metadata, contributor information, documents, campaign information, and other material you choose to submit.
Payment information
Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. Artist AMP should not receive full payment-card numbers from that provider, but may receive transaction, billing, and account status information.
Technical and usage information
This may include device and browser information, IP address, login activity, pages or features used, referral information, cookies, and similar diagnostic or security data.
How information may be used
- Provide, operate, support, and improve Artist AMP products and services.
- Manage accounts, releases, projects, documents, transactions, and support requests.
- Communicate about service activity, billing, security, and requested information.
- Protect users, Artist AMP, and the platform from fraud, abuse, or security threats.
- Comply with law, enforce agreements, and resolve disputes.
How information may be shared
Information may be shared with service providers that help operate Artist AMP, integrations or partners a user authorizes, professional advisers, or authorities when required for legal or safety reasons. Artist AMP does not intend to sell personal information.
Artist content and third-party services
When a user asks Artist AMP to coordinate distribution, payments, communications, websites, analytics, commerce, or another connected workflow, relevant information may be sent to the third-party service involved. That service’s privacy terms may also apply.
Retention and security
Information should be retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described, contractual obligations, dispute resolution, security, and law. Artist AMP uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Your choices
Depending on location and applicable law, users may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of certain personal information, or to object to or restrict some uses. Requests can be sent to artistamp.ads@gmail.com.
Children
Artist AMP is not intended for children under the minimum age required to consent to online services in their location. Accounts for minors, if permitted, must be handled with appropriate parent or guardian authorization.
Changes
If this policy changes after it becomes effective, the updated version and effective date will be posted here. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by email when appropriate.
